Fulfilment has started! Yippee!
For everyone who paid with PayPal before the start of march, your orders have been whisked away to GamesQuest and are being worked on right now! That's a good 800 of you that'll have your items in the next 2-3 weeks!
For everyone who paid between March 1st and 12th, we've just sent every new order placed before March 12th over to be fulfilled yesterday! Expect an email from GamesQuest in a week or two, and your items in 2-3 weeks!
If you get a reminder through email to complete your BackerKit survey, that means your order has not been confirmed, and a balance still needs to be paid! We're not manually charging cards on your Backerkit.
If you didn't pledge to the Kickstarter, you can re-make your order using our website below without worry of being charged twice! For everyone with a Kickstarter pledge, reach out and we can make you a custom website order to confirm the remaining balance!
Once confirmed, expect us to take two weeks before we shoot your confirmed orders to be fulfilled.

Things have been confusing these last few weeks as we scramble to get orders confirmed after two awful waves of payments failing to go through.
To make sure we're all on the same page: ALL payments for Backerkit pre-orders, shipping, and taxes have been refunded!
Now, please choose one of the options below to make sure you've paid your remaining balances so we can start shipping you stuff!
OPTION 1. Completing Your Reset BackerKit Survey
If you can pay using PayPal, you can use this option!
Use the link below and input the email you used for your Kickstarter/Backerkit order! You'll receive an email that can be used to check if you've been charged for your items! Please pay the remaining balance using PayPal for your order to be confirmed!
This is for backers who pledged during the Kickstarter who are having trouble paying the remaining balance on BackerKit, or who don't have or want to use PayPal.
Please send us a message on Kickstarter and we'll refund your pledge! Afterwards, you can make a new order with any payment provider you prefer on our website! https://www.blainesimple.com/silversmonstergirlmanual
OPTION 3. Replacing Your BackerKit Order
This is for backers who missed the Kickstarter campaign and pre-ordered items on BackerKit!

Additionally, as this process is resetting the available items for the Kickstarter, some items will be limited stock! Please make a new order soon to make sure they're available!
Shipping Progress!
For everyone who paid using PayPal before February 26th
Your orders have been sent to our fulfilment provider GamesQuest and are currently being processed for fulfilment! As of now they have yet to send emails to backers to double check if addresses are all correct, but you can expect one soon!
Most deliveries will take between 1-3 weeks to arrive after these emails are delivered, and tracking will be available to ask GamesQuest for in their email once items ship out!
If you Paid after February 26th
We'll round up all of the new backer payments on March 12th to send to GamesQuest for fulfilment, allowing everyone a chance to be a part of the second fulfilment wave! We'll continue to fulfill orders at a rate of once every 2 weeks!

PayPal Orders Confirmed! Stripe Payments are Being Refunded again!

So, good news and bad news everybody.
Good news:
If you paid for shipping, taxes, and any additional items added through Backerkit using PayPal,your order is confirmed and we've begun the process of shipping your goodies out!
Expect an email from GamesQuest in the coming days just to make sure everything is good, and your stuff will arrive soon after! I'm expecting that all to take around 30 days and will keep tabs on things to make sure they're on track! If you live close to the US or UK, expect your deliveries to be faster, taking longer the further out you are.
Bad news:
If you paid for shipping, taxes, and any additional items added through Backerkit using Stripe, you'll be receiving another full refund for the amount you paid.
Once all Stripe orders are refunded in 15 days, we'll provide an email to confirm orders again, this time using PayPal instead. If you didn't manually open your survey to confirm the charges with us last week, then you were automatically charged with the card on file using Stripe, and will be refunded.
Why is this happening?: Due to the large influx of orders, Stripe, the payment processor we used for the remaining orders, was seemingly startled and has chosen to refund all payments made through them...
As PayPal has proven to be reliable, and Stripe unstable for large order volumes, we are only accepting order payments through PayPal for the next two weeks.
In order for us to accept payments outside of PayPal, we need to charge cards at a much slower rate to avoid scaring Stripe. Very sorry about any backers who may miss the first wave of products being shipped out if it has to involve PayPal.
In 2 weeks we'll begin attempting to charge Stripe cards using a new account, but at a much slower rate to hopefully avoid a sudden account closure again. It may take multiple months of us manually charging a handful of backers at a time, and we'll prioritize backers that reach out who are unable/unwilling to use PayPal, first.
Sorry again!!
Happy that we can finally start getting at least 70% of you all fulfilled, and my deepest apologies for everyone else. I guess in the spirit of making a romance manual, we have to deal with Stripe as an evil ex coming back to ruin everything. We're trying to make it work though despite many of these issues being out of our control.
Thanks for reading this lengthy update, everyone. I'm excited to start seeing all of you with your stuff soon and am working like crazy behind the scenes to deal with all these shenanigans!
🍀IMPORTANT! Upcoming Charges for Remaining Backers

Hey everyone!
As a reminder, we had issues with our payment processor when we attempted to charge cards last month, which caused payments for items added through Backerkit to be refunded.
Everyone has been refunded since then, and last week we began to reach out through email to attempt collection properly this time. Most of you have re-submitted your payments through PayPal and are all set! Sit back and let us get you your stuff now.
For everyone else who has yet to submit a new payment, we've begun a 48-hour notice before we charge the remaining cards on file.
Please check your emails for the newest message from Backerkit, and review the costs of items that are about to be charged! Any physical orders that fail will NOT be part of the first shipping wave!
When will Things Start To Ship!
GamesQuest, our fulfilment partner, tends to take around 2 weeks to finalize all the backer data and make sure addresses are all correct before they officially start shipping stuff out.
The current delivery estimates are:
Finish collecting payments (2 days) Validate Backer Information (Around 2 Weeks) Rewards Arrive At Doorsteps (1-3 Weeks)

Nope. Realistically we would already be shipping if our payment processor didn't pass away on us, but at least now we're two days away from finally being passed this!
